US Immigration Services at BMLG

By: Kate Bowley, Practice Development Supervisor

At Battista Migration Law Group, we are always looking for ways to expand our services to serve our clients better. An obvious next step seemed to be to begin to offer US immigration services. We have always been proud to provide exceptional client service with a human touch. The US immigration practice will be no different. Same firm, same care…different country.

But what does it look like to access this new service? We thought it would be a good time to break down our intake process so that you know exactly what to expect when you decide to work with us.

How do I reach out to you?

We are happy to have many ways that you can reach out to us to book a consultation.  Whether it is for Canadian or American immigration, we are available in the following ways:

1.      Email: Reception@MigrationLawGroup.com – Reach out to us with your inquiry, and we will get back to you within 24 business hours!

2.      Website: visit our website to make an inquiry by filling in the contact form. We check this multiple times a day and will reach out to you by email or phone—whatever your preference is!

3.      Phone: Prefer to talk to a person and hear their voice? Give us a call! We can be reached at 416-203-2899 ext. 30 between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If we miss your call, leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

4.      Social media: follow us on socials @battistamlg to see what we are up to, and also to reach out to us! We typically request that people send us an email, but if a DM is the easiest first point of contact for you, we will get back to you to get started.

5.      Google: message us through Google Business Chat! We’d love to connect with you.

What kind of information do I need to provide?

When you reach out to our intake team, it is always helpful to start with the following information:

1.      Your name

2.      Your location

3.      Country of Nationality

4.      Status in Canada (if applicable)

5.      The type of immigration support that you are looking for

Not sure what your options are, or where to begin? No need to worry—we will ask the right questions to make sure that we have the correct information and documentation to help you. We always aim to get a clear snapshot of what you are looking for so that you can get the most out of your consultation.

What’s next?

We will be happy to book you a consultation with a Canadian or US immigration lawyer to further explore your options for migration to Canada or the US. The lawyer you meet with will review your file ahead of time so that they are ready to answer any of your questions and provide their opinions on your best path forward.
