Originally from Colombia Monica Diaz (she/her) holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications. As a dual-licensed Regulated Immigration Consultant with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario, Monica possesses over seven years of experience in Canadian immigration law.

Throughout her career, Monica has gained invaluable experience by supporting respected immigration lawyers, which has provided her with deep insights into a variety of immigration cases and the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of immigration policies and procedures.

After working at Battista Migration Law Group with Counsel Nicholas Woodward since 2019, Monica is now starting a new chapter, managing her own files in areas such as permanent residence applications, temporary residence applications, Labour Market Impact Assessments, citizenship, and family class applications.

Monica is dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive support to our clients. Fluent in Spanish, she effectively communicates with a diverse clientele, offering services in English and Spanish.
